HopeForTomorrowShop is dedicated to each and every customer. We work to ensure a pleasant experience and are passionate about quality.
In order to best help you, our refund and cancellation policies are listed below.
In order to do our part for our carbon footprint, we do not take returns, but we will give you a full refund based on these conditions:
- product never comes
- product is damaged in any way
- product comes in an incorrect color/style
We only give refunds if a picture of the product is sent to us. We don't give refunds if there is no picture of the product. The only exception is if the product never arrives.
We will NOT refund you if you:
- dislike the product
- don't send a picture of the product with your refund
- mistakenly purchase the wrong item
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you your money back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
